Smart home and AV integrators run their businesses inside legacy software — D-Tools SI, Control4 Portal, spreadsheets — that is powerful but punishing to use. The result is that the highest-paid people in the company spend their day fighting tools instead of selling, designing, or installing.

02 — What we built

We built Platform9 to replace the workflow, not just the software. Integrators speak proposals aloud and the system drafts, prices, and assembles them from a unified catalog. Project management, change orders, procurement, and client communication are handled by agents that understand the business — not a CRM with a chat widget bolted on.
